Afterwards, features the actions over the Western Front, including the Defense of the Reich and heavy battles against U.S. four-engined bombers. The operations on the Eastern Front and in North Africa and Italy are also covered. The author uncoveres the fates of particular fighter units as well as individual pilots who fought in them.
