ISRAELI WAR OF INDEPENDENCE - A Pictorial History

The history of every country in today’s World is a complex story. Since it has been said that “a picture is worth a thousand words”, that story is often best told in photographs accompanied by accurate, descriptive captions. It is also a good idea to break that story down into segments.

In the case of the modern nation of Israel, the war fought to reinforce its Declaration of Independence is a prime example.
